Personal training in a private gym in my home. I create the perfect plan for you and can advise you on nutrition, I am qualified to a Level 2 & 3 standard. I often can mix in other elements to your needs as I am an experienced group exercise instructor, spin instructor and Level 3 Pilates instructor.
